A family run business in Hope. All the Lamb and Beef they sell in the farm shop is reared on their farm. The Beef is hung traditionally for a minimum of 3 weeks to improve quality and flavour. They sell a range of cooked meats, all prepared and cooked on the premises. They also stock a range of fine English Cheeses, Quiches, Meat Pies, Pork Pies, Pasties, Home Made Biscuits and Cakes. Robert cures his own bacon and is renowned for his famous Black Pudding, homemade sausages and burgers.​
